zainabmohdnoor: I am a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. I currently teach Educational Assessment, Measurement and Evaluation courses to both undergraduate and graduate students. I have been teaching for the last 28 years, in Malaysia and abroad. My current reaearch focuses on learning assessmemt, student supervision, curriculum development and graduates' employability skills. I am also a Master Trainer at the Malaysian Higher Education Academy (AKEPT). I keep myself busy with teaching, training others, and research. As a consultant trainer Proficiency in Enterprise Communication (PEC), I boost the communication skills and train potential graduates to prepare themselves for the world of employment. In my spare time, I bake 'killer muffins', 'melting moments brownies', and not to mention my all time signature dish, The Regal Shan Briyani.
